Late 1930s, cream & maroon, floral, seersucker, bathing suit. Beaaauuutiful bathing suit that can easily be worn out as daywear. Amazing celluloid ring details on the straps. Straps can be worn a few ways. Bodice has been intricately sewn in a, sort of, quilted-like fashion. Cute maroon skirt flares out to upper thigh. Brilliant cotton, stretchy, shorts under the skirt. Has good stretch. No label. Freshly laundered & ready to wear.
Issues: Overall sturdy condition. There is faint brown spotting on the bodice. My camera could not pick it up. A subtle fade on the skirt. There is some yellowing & a couple nibbles in the cotton shorts. One celluloid ring is cracked but does not seem to effect wearability. Otherwise great shape!
