1930s green, polka dot, cotton blend dress. The fabric is really interesting. It almost feels like rayon cotton? I am not entirely sure. The color is a vibrant grassy green. There are carved glass buttons at the collar. The sleeves are phenomenal! They split open with a pleat to create some movement. They are also embellished with carved plastic buttons. Cute belt included. Pulls on overhead with no closures. Freshly laundered & ready to wear.
Issues: Overall very sturdy condition. There is an area on the back of the skirt where a rust stain created a hole, see pics. The front of the dress may, actually, be the back of the dress? The buttons tack down an area that looks like it is, possibly, offering a repair to some holes that formed behind the fold. It came to me like this & I simply reinforced the buttons. Either way, it is very cute & definitely has a lot of life left.
