Capelet with ruffle across the shoulders. Perfect little dress. Slips on overhead with no closures. Neckline has snaps. Belt not included. No label. Freshly laundered & ready to wear.
Issues: Overall sturdy condition. There is some stubborn yellowing that wouldn’t lift but it does not deter. One brownish stain on hem but not noticeable. Couple of pinholes here & there. Otherwise no other flaws to note
